On the nature of red shift of Metagalaxy

9.  Conclusions

We have analysed the conventional substantiation of metagalactic red shift on the basis of Doppler effect and quanta ageing and found that applying these conceptions leads to the insurmountable contradictions which unable to describe the Sleipher- Hubble law consistently.

If we suppose the Doppler nature of red shift, the galactic systems acceleration to the periphery of the Metagalaxy follows from it, as well as the necessity, the Metagalaxy to have some centre permanently burning the material substance, which contradicts the amount of our observations.

The hypothesis of quanta ageing in the light propagation in space, on one hand, contradicts the photon theory postulates, and on the other, it is unable to substantiate the consistent mechanism of ageing. The mechanism of ageing caused by the viscosity of aether proposed by Atsukovsky does not provide the relationship of the light frequency shift with respect to distance from the source.

In the course of additional analysis of the properties of interstellar medium, we revealed the necessary and sufficient conditions of excitation of spontaneous radio luminescence at the metastable level of hydrogen which provides the luminescence on the 21 cm band and the 'transit' of exciting radiation with the fall of its frequency. In this way we substantiated the mechanism of permanent spatial transformation of the flow of high-frequency radiation into the scattered heat energy of interstellar gas.

We showed that this mechanism fully corresponds to the regularities of red shift when the light propagates in the interstellar medium, taking into account the anisotropy in the region of Metagalaxy close to the observer.

The yielded regularity of the light frequency falling with the distance has the exponential pattern fully corresponding to the Sleipher- Hubble law both in its linear and most general nonlinear form with the quadratic correction.

One of important corollaries of presented physical interpretation is the proof that the processes in Metagalaxy are isotropic and processes in it occur in time in equal conditions for all galactic structures of Metagalaxy.
