As we can see from (24), G_i variation depends as on the parameters t₀ and x₀ determining the momentary time when we study G_i and on location of the picked out region as on the wave delay phase when passing from the surface a₀ to the surface a_i. But the wave delay has the time-dependent pattern, since, although the wave propagates in space, its delay is caused by the finiteness of its propagation velocity, which makes it time-dependent.
